Every year, Muslims around the world follow the tradition of the beloved Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and the righteous people before us to mark the occasion of Eid ul Adha by sacrificing and donating a Qurbani to the less fortunate people in need all over the world.
For millions of people around the world, the day of Eid ul Adha is the only time when they get to eat meat and often struggle to prepare it. Therefore, we are distributing basic ingredients and fuel alongside the meat to help them to also enjoy the blessed day.
Ayesha (RA) related that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There is nothing dearer to Allah during the days of Qurbani than the sacrificing of animals. The Sacrifice is accepted by Allah before the blood reaches the ground. You Qurbani will be performed on the 10th, 11th or 12th day of Dhul Hijjah in accordance with the shariah requirements.
Qurbani should be performed by each person who is eligible to pay Zakat and it is the Sunnah to offer Qurbani in the name of others. Please add an extra Qurbani for others.
We have numerous partners throughout the world who will be carrying out Qurbani on our behalf, please select a region and allow us to allocate Qurbani distribution appropriately by securing the animals at the best price and ensuring the meat reaches as many people as possible.
We are working in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malawi, Tanzania, Gambia and Senegal.
May Allah reward you!
